What is your turnaround time?
All services aside from video is always delivered next business day after the shoot! Video delivery is 1-2 business days.
How will my media be delivered?
Media delivery is handled via Aryeo - the same place for handling shoot bookings and payment! An incredibly convenient place to access all media for each of your listings
Do you photograph vacant properties?
Yes, needing to capture a property that is vacant is fairly common, as well is adding on virtual staging to compliment!

What happens if there is inclement weather?
Everyone loves a sunny day for photos, but in New England you know that is not always the case. Interiors are not an issue with inclement weather and will be captured as scheduled, unless window views are a highlight of the property. Blue sky replacement is included for images if an overcast day. If weather isn't favorable especially for drone or video, we can work to reschedule for a better day. The media we are creating for you are to market your brand and listings in the best light and want you to be happy with the deliverables!
